Also known as Brother Qiu, a vicious and lustful boss in Nanxing City who rivals Boss Wan. He has a fat, pig-like face and is described as greedy and aggressive. He storms into Boss Wan's compound after hearing about a stunning woman, tries to seduce Ming Leyao, and attacks her. He is thrown out by Ming Leyao's men, has a throwing knife embedded in his thigh, and is later captured and hung up by Ming Leyao's orders.
