Also referred to as Liao's owner or Shopkeeper Liao. He owns an herbal shop and Liao's Pharmacy in Red Leaf Town. He placed a large order for Chicken Steak with Shen Zhihe. He is friendly and helpful, personally escorting Shen Zhihe inside the pharmacy. The Liao family raises pigs with medicinal herbs in their feed.
