The local Black and White Impermanence Envoys, deities responsible for collecting souls and guiding them to the Underworld. They received notice about the lingering ghosts and hurried to the Temple of the King of Hell. They used Soul Shackles to bind the ghosts and apologized to Lord Yama and the Judge for their negligence in not capturing the ghosts earlier. They are responsible for the task of escorting departed souls.
