The supreme ruler of the entire Netherworld, governing the Fengdu Hell within Mount Luofeng where countless evil spirits beyond redemption are suppressed. She rules over all Ghosts and Gods in the Underworld. When last seen thousands of years ago, she wore a red and black Dharma robe seated on a platform. In the current scene, she appeared in a disheveled state with tattered clothes missing a sleeve, an Evil Aura surrounding her face, sitting in the King of Hell's seat with an incense stick in her mouth, displaying malice and impatience.
