Minor character. A Mongolian local who Huo Yanzhou met during disaster relief. He has mules and knows carpentry. He is friendly and warm toward Huo Yanzhou. He is tasked with building a sturdy mule cart for Lin Xun, complete with blankets and a flashlight. He also offered to teach Lin Xun how to drive the cart.
