The Vice President of the Imperial Card Master Association. He was framed and arrested by the Central Star Bureau after being forced to confess all his crimes due to an unknown truth-telling control. He had schemed against several members, including having the genius Card Master Besca killed with Duke Danter's help. He was thrown into Star Prison and eventually died from the cruel punishments.
