A lecherous man who attempts to assault Yan Sui in an alley at night. He is frightened away by Yan Sui's hidden steel weapon and parting threat. Later, he is attacked and killed by a man in a black raincoat in the same alley, suggesting Yan Sui may have been watched or that another party intervened.
