Li Lanlan's brother-in-law (husband of her sister). He works in the logistics department of the military and has been allocated a flat in a military compound with strict security. He looks older than his age when young but now appears relatively younger as others have aged. He is responsible and caring, picking up Li Lanlan at the station, registering her visit in advance, and taking her to see the accommodation. He brings food from the canteen and has training duties in addition to his logistics work.
