An adult badger, typically timid and elusive, that appeared during the storm to help Lin Xi. It pushed a withered tree blown down by wind into position across a torrential stream, creating a makeshift log bridge for Lin Xi to cross safely. After her crossing, it disappeared into the rain as if it had never existed.
