The old Dragon King of the East Sea, ruler of the Dragon Palace at the bottom of the East Sea. He has many dragon sons and grandsons, with two dragon eggs still incubating in the palace. He personally welcomed the Jade Emperor during his rare visit and introduced his sons one by one. He appeared embarrassed when Yun Heng questioned why he had so many sons compared to the Jade Emperor's single son.
