The protagonist and narrator, a second-year high school student at Ginka Academy. He is a photographer who works professionally with cosplayers, particularly Yuzuha. He struggles with communication among peers but can talk normally with older people. He is seated next to Shinomiya Rinoa due to a lottery-based seating arrangement. He serves as the student monitor on certain days. He is described as somewhat of an outcast among his classmates.
