A Chinese-French teacher and renowned designer in the overseas Chinese community. At 85 years old, she moved to France in the 1970s. She has extensive research experience in traditional Chinese clothing and qipao. In the 1990s she spent time in Hong Kong during the film industry peak and served as a costume designer for many movies. Su Luoyan studied under her recommendation while in France.
