One of Sheng Xiao's close friends, referred to as Brother Hao. He holds a cigarette and looks at Sheng Xiao through the smoke. He calls Sheng Xiao Third Brother. He works alongside Sheng Xiao and questions why Sheng Xiao stays in Yancheng instead of returning to the capital. He theorizes that Sheng Xiao is playing a prince-turned-frog game.
