The Commandant of Shuozhou, originally named Wushile. He is the adopted son of An Sifan, the Military Governor of Shuofang. He has significant friction with Li Hui and is withholding armor supplies meant for Li Hui's troops, diverting them to the marshal attacking Xizhou instead. He demands Li Hui capture Huaiyi Town before year's end and seize Yuzhou territory to form an echoing position with the Military Governor.
