A young man and member of the Ming Sen Te family who was the last surviving member when royal nobles and high-level ability users from Country C slaughtered his family. He had been trying to communicate with intelligent plants in the basement laboratory. Upon discovering the corpses of his family, his abilities awakened under intense emotional impact, and the Mist Fluff he controlled killed all invading ability users. However, Allen died from overexertion of his abilities. He left without saying goodbye to Fen De Lin back then, and his body was placed in a coffin in the Ming Sen Te family tomb.
