Rashoumon Akutagawa is a Port Mafia executive loyal to the organization and its boss, Mori Ougai. He is strict, formal, and easily flustered by unusual situations, such as seeing Dazai with a child who resembles him. He wields the ability Rashoumon and is tasked with guarding Qiye after Dazai leaves him with the Port Mafia.
