Male, a pockmarked agent of the Netherworld Hall and direct supervisor of Forty-Nine (Shen Yue). He has greasy lips and small eyes. He pursued Shen Yue to force her to find a certain treasure item. He was killed by Shen Yue in Chapter 2 after she crippled him and stabbed him in the chest with her Triangular Blade. He carried a small blue porcelain bottle with antidote pills.
