Admiral of Country W's navy. He initially refused when hearing Long Country technicians wanted to board the aircraft carrier again, but eventually agreed. During war years, he had been in Long Country as an intelligence officer, was hunted down by Country B people, and was rescued by a Long Country teenager whose name he never learned. He later visited with the president and asked Long Country to find this person.
