An Alpha prisoner at Usher Prison, convicted of torturing and killing several pregnant Omegas. His death sentence was set for the day after his interrogation. He was disdainful and arrogant toward Ying Zhu upon first seeing him. He was interrogated by Ying Zhu under torture and revealed that the escapees (3348 and 3349) had previously worked under Cen Xie. Ying Zhu shot him in both knees and then executed him at midnight, shooting him in the head. He did not die instantly from the first heart shot.
