I was excited to read about dragons but this story is meddled writing with time lines crossing over & confusion all around that robs the U from the joy of reading! & no it doesn’t get better & boy does it drag.
Let me just be clear about something: Lin Yi is about to fight a MUTATED LEOPARD with a HAND DAGGER. A dagger. He showed it to the camera and the chat went silent because even the viewers who thought he was insane realized this might actually be suicide. And the worst part? He's doing it on LIVE STREAM. The stakes here are layered in the best way. On the surface, it's survival—if he loses, he dies and there's basically no one around to help. But there's also the stream audience watching, the curiosity factor, the whole reason he's doing this in the first place. He needs content, he needs to figure out his future on this planet, and hunting is how he does it. The tension in that half-hour waiting period is excruciating. The chat gets restless, people leave, and Lin Yi just sits there perfectly still among the mutated plant foliage. 'All he had to do now was wait by the stump for the hare, biding his time until the beast came right under his nose.' That line gave me chills because it's so calm and deliberate, and we know exactly how dangerous this is. He's not some superhero, he's a guy who can grow plants fast and has a knife. The leopard emerges from the thicket and the chapter cuts off. I am NOT READY for what happens next. What if he gets hurt? What if the stream goes wrong? What if Lu Jinghan—still recovering in the house—has to deal with something while Lin Yi is out here risking everything? The suspense is absolutely gripping and I need the next chapter immediately.

the storyline is good if u can get past the repeat on the chapters and mixed up chapters and chapters that belong to another book and u basically pay for a chapter that's half of a chapter cause there start is half from the last one
