I am waiting to find out why the Innocence chapters are written like the movie was a real event that took place. Is this going to be a sad sad dream sequence? I wrote vaguely so I don’t have to put a spoiler tag… I actually am just skimming the Innocence arc because I’m not really interested in it… I want to get back to the main story.
I adore this novel! I appreciate the protagonist's character, Meng Chu, who doesn't care about the original leads unless they pose a threat to her. She's a force to be reckoned with, literally taking control of the situation. After her engagement is dissolved, Meng Chu reinvents herself, buying a villa and gradually revealing her true identity as a renowned singer-songwriter. Then, she surprises everyone by purchasing an entertainment company, discovers hidden treasures in her villa, learns to fly, invests in films, becomes a brand ambassador, and even witnesses a meteor shower. All while navigating drama with the original female lead and dealing with scandalous rumors about her preferences. The romance subplot in the story is leisurely paced, with Meng Chu blissfully unaware that the CEO has fallen for her. I'm just starting to read the translated version and looking forward to it. I'll update this if I encounter more spoilers or if my opinion changes.

Well if we are being honest not everyone would enjoy the middle and latter parts of the first arc but if you get through that It should be a breeze cause that's when all the fun begins everything before that was just getting rid of unnneeded baggage. I got hooked from about chapter 1( Ryu is such an arrogant bastrad that you'd feel p*ss*d if he abandoned it all and started being humble.) The beginning parts of the story although it might not seem like it the mc is far too immature and rash but you'll understand why pretty early on, but don't worry he'll grow out of it and become a good MC. When you start you should read everything up until the four kingdoms tournament then decided if you still want to continue. The chapters that followed were still interesting but I remembered it being such a drag that I skipped a few of them, but it definitely picked up after that. Another thing is the mc gets nerfed a lot but he always over comes them and becomes stronger

Chapter 2130: Bullshit author making MORE MISTAKES. Every time the author fails to utilize a perfect moment for key plot points. This chapter MC met with organization that claimed to be able to access multiple other realms. However MC doesn't ask about that Sky realm or whatever, the one where his wife is probably. After all he currently has the girl with him who's probably her disciple. Yet somehow MC doesn't think to pay for this information concerning other realms that they can visit, we're at the very least ask if they can go to the specific one his wife is at. Just huge mistakes so stupid I stopped reading this because these sort of mistakes happened all the time. I'm never reading Chinese web novel again. I'll stick to Korean and only under 700 chapters.
