Omg! such a great book. I love this book so much. Nice read
This is a great option for anyone who enjoys fanfiction while waiting for more substantial reads. It’s not particularly outstanding, but it’s not bad either. The main character’s ability means he isn’t confined to just the Harry Potter universe.
It's incredibly frustrating to come across this. The main character, having two close family members, Lin Die (half-sister) and Lin Ying (sister), chooses to abandon his family claiming an eternal life prevents them from knowing. This would be tolerable if, after centuries, he reconnected as a revered Golden Core cultivator. However, the issue arises when, shockingly, he reunites with them at the Golden Core stage 300 chapters in. The author forces him to pretend to be his own son, which is baffling. There's even a内心的独白 expressing his longing to reveal his true identity and be with his family. I stopped reading at chapter 300, realizing the MC's identity concealment would persist indefinitely.
Aside from that, the writing is commendable, and the characters are engaging with distinct personalities. If you can accept the constant identity hiding throughout the story, I'd recommend giving it a read.
Initially, I appreciated how the protagonist made independent decisions without being swayed by others' opinions or love. However, as the story progressed, it became apparent that the main character, Fania, grew increasingly reliant on those around him, which wasn't necessarily detrimental. The issue was that his dependency turned into vulnerability, causing him to easily shed tears in challenging situations. The character development felt gradual, though not entirely unsatisfying. Towards the climax, Fania started reclaiming his autonomy, similar to his earlier self. The story didn't delve into explicit content but had strong hints, and the romantic subplots would have been less frustrating if the characters had openly expressed their feelings from the beginning, rather than their ambiguous pursuit. Overall, while the story isn't exceptional, it's not terrible either, considering the author's effort. It could be considered decent given the circumstances.
I dropped it in the 1st chapter, this girl reminds me of a distorted H*tl*r where everything in her life has an actor where you can attribute responsibility and it's never herself, the guy at the beginning was total trash for sure, but all she needed to do was say, I don't believe in blaming the victim but clearly she wasn't the victim in the situation just someone looking for a justification to kill someone, psychopath.
Do you guys recommend it?

Just based off of the tags and synopsis this story seems like the gay version of Heir Apparent by Vivian Vande Velde. That story is really good, I highly recommend it :)
