When you coming out whit a new book
Love the thrill that this book brings, it hook me with the gore in it. Nice take!
"It's incredible. Initially, I began this book a year ago but put it aside after a few chapters due to negative feedback, low ratings, and its incomplete state. However, I revisited it yesterday, and I'm pleasantly surprised - it's not only good but also concise and entirely translated, perfect for binge-reading.
The humor is delightful, making me laugh frequently. There's a touch of steamy content that adds a nice freshness to the story. Overall, it was an enjoyable reading experience, and I'll definitely cherish the memories of Bai laoban and Ting.
I highly recommend giving it a try!"
The start was promising, but the pacing is dreadfully slow both in plot progression and the development of the romantic aspect. In terms of romance, there seems to be none; after 90 chapters, their interactions are limited to hand-holding and admiring each other. The male lead is a clichéd character – tall, handsome, powerful, and quiet, showering the female lead (MC) with affection, but lacking depth.
The MC, on the other hand, has a more intriguing background, which keeps things slightly fresher. However, both main characters are portrayed as workaholics, but their jobs are not engaging enough for the reader. The plot suffers from redundancy, focusing heavily on their work-related activities, which becomes monotonous. Descriptions of settings, like a large hotel, are overused and repetitive.
Moreover, the story would greatly benefit from a thorough edit to reduce redundancy and improve clarity. The author frequently employs similar language to describe elements, such as the hotel being repeatedly referred to as "huge," "massive," and towering. This redundancy detracts from the storytelling experience. Overall, the novel lacks variety and compelling side characters, with some appearing only briefly and others, like the MC's assistant, not even receiving a proper name until late in the story.
I havent read it yet idk even know why I said it. But from everything ive heard its mid so mb homebros I will repent by doing community service Amen
The book is enjoyable and engaging. I appreciate the relatable and intelligent main character who doesn't fall prey to manipulation easily. What sets it apart is the well-rounded nature of the protagonist, not天真得像其他小说里的圣人。 I also love the蜜蜂 characters; they're endearing. Overall, it's a pleasant read and perfect for those looking for a casual, relaxing escape. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in need of some downtime.
this book is epic
Agreed
Im struggling here to find a good one
It's either terrible from the start or starts rly good until it's completely ruined half way to the end ??
True masterpiece ?
Hmmm is this a hidden gem I have stumbled upon..
Meh wouldn't have expected any different from a chinese novel.
Racism, Nationalism, Materialism, some bad translations, and ofc very crude romance.
D*mn I wish the ending is he become like WHAT THE VOID EMPEROR LITERALLY MEANS
