Novel is good and if you have time you should watch drama adaption as well though it only has 1 season for now next 2 are planned in following years 2021 for season 2 idk about season 3 but it was announced it would have 3 seasons
Dear author, I'm loving what you're trying to do and want to succeed, so I'm letting you know what I think from an outside perspective.I can see how much you're influenced by COTE. However, it seems like you're seeking the rewards of the mystery instead of writing a story.COTE has a vibe where seemingly normal interactions are twisted behind the scenes. For example, a woman has Ayanokouji cook for her in one book, similar to your cauliflower soup scene.However, Ayanokouji agrees because he's forced to. People are trying to get him expelled, and she has him cook for her to get him expelled, and he exposed her and didn't get expelled at the end. It's all interconnected.Your scene, by contrast, is just feeding the character's desperation to get him to love her without reason. Later, the scene is meaningless as the Ayato deduces a random ruse in an unearned development. Not the same.Also, duly note that COTE's entertainment factor that balances the lack of action is the games.I'm a bit frustrated because I can see your talent and potential, but didn't get what you can bring.I hope you continue writing this style of novel. refreshing novel. the first sports genre qidian novel I ever read. in chapter 1 the translation is nice and the editing is good, at least for me. cant wait to continue reading this novel. and to those saying its insult to sport lol read the book first before saying anything. if you still insist to doesnt like this novel then i suggest you don't read it
This translator is horrible at updating the chapters some weeks he’ll be on it other weeks you’ll get maybe on chapter every couple of days I’ve fallowed this from GT and was also paying as a patron to be ahead and even that was messed up with poor chapter releases. Thought things would be different over here but looks like I played myself
author asked in his other novel to to read this one, so I tried on whim but the first chapter hooked me. I love #back to past novels.Mc is super op. he can read people mind so imagine he will know what girls think about him. he can make them fall in love without even doing anything. I hope there are lemons.......

nice story but slow in updating
This novel is so boring and nothing new. The author has 0 creativity! The story revolve around the main character, going to new places to level up, kill all the enemies and move on! The story line is so bad it will shock you for 3days and 3nights! (Author favorite phrase)
Okay so the dialogue in this batch is genuinely funny and I need to talk about it. The Regimental Commander Lin Guodong is an absolute gem. 'You brat, you're in such a hurry to get married. She must be incredibly beautiful. You've obviously fallen for her looks.' This man is joking around on a military comms line and I love him already. He then immediately pivots to 'I can arrange the housing for you, but you have to return early' — the bureaucratic efficiency mixed with personal warmth is perfect characterization in two sentences. And Zhou Jingyuan's interaction with Aunt Zhang? 'Well, well, Third Zhou. You're certainly lucky. Comfortable holding that young educated woman?' The neighbor's gossip is delivered with such casual cruelty and Ye Bailian's response — 'Brother Zhou, how can you say that? You were holding me just now.' — is so audacious it's almost impressive. The dialogue here does double duty: it advances the plot AND it establishes social dynamics in a single exchange. But the dialogue that really got me was Zhou Beihan's protective moment: 'That's fine. But give the watches to me. You stay out of it. If anything goes wrong, I'll take responsibility.' He doesn't hesitate. He doesn't question. He just absorbs the risk for her. And Ye Qinglan's test — 'Beihan, you trust me that much? We've only known each other for a short time.' — the way she's genuinely surprised by his certainty says everything about her character. The narrative voice itself is also worth noting. It's omniscient but never intrusive, slipping into characters' thoughts naturally without breaking the flow. 'Zhou Beihan: Now my wife is everyone's treasure. I can only come second—and I'm your biological son!' That internal monologue is so funny and so human. The author knows exactly when to be serious and when to let us laugh at the characters' situations.
So good can’t wait to read the rest of the book
