totally loving the story...following updates
the storyline is so good that we cannot resist but to finish it in no time.
By far my favourite book in many years!!! The storyline and character growth are awesome. The humour had me bursting out laughing and nearly choking at times! I cried, I laughed, I loved and I lost alongside the characters!!! I was so immersed it felt like I was one of the pack!!! <3 <3
very good story
where are the other chapters at?
Another hit!!! Abagail darling I love your books. I’m excited to see how this story will develop.
Okay so let me just say this: Xiao Yun is absolutely terrifying in the best way possible. The way he handles those kneeling officials? Chef's kiss. He doesn't just outsmart them—he dismantles them piece by piece while literally laughing. That moment when he points at one guy and says "go out and laugh for half an hour before coming back in" is both unhinged and brilliant. This man is playing 4D chess while everyone else is still learning checkers. And then there's the whole Jiang Huaiyi thing. The text drops this line that basically shattered my entire understanding of their dynamic: "Either find someone I like, and I will naturally appoint her, or... Or Jiang Huaiyi can take an empress." Xiao Yun is using his rival as a shield against his own court, and he knows it. But here's what gets me—the fact that Jiang Huaiyi "stubbornly refused to take an empress" means this isn't just political maneuvering. There's something deeper here, something unspoken between these two men that the author is clearly building toward. Also, can we talk about Xie Caiqing? The reveal that Jiang Huaichu IS Xie Caiqing? Rushi's reaction—"Xie Caiqing?!"—and then the realization that this person he's trusted for three years is actually a prince in disguise? The layers. The deception. The fact that Xie Caiqing was so meticulous that even his closest subordinate never suspected his true identity... I need a minute.
excellent story
The amount of time between "chapters" is crazy. The only reason why I continue to read is because I am hooked. let's ramp this up.
How often do you update?
