I've come across numerous light novels with ratings below 3.6, but this particular one really frustrates me. Initially, the protagonist's discovery of his past life and desire for change is engaging, I'll grant that. It's refreshing to see a more grounded storyline compared to others. However, the excessive number of side stories is a major issue – it rivals even the sprawling narratives of One Piece and Naruto. A spoiler: When the MC confronts mercenary Natalia, initially, there's an intriguing plotline. But then, it turns into a pattern: one chapter of action followed by three chapters of irrelevant backstory, only to repeat ad nauseam. The chapters themselves are too short to accommodate such filler content.

Oh god this is a bad translation. Though, I guess another factor of that is lack of an editor. The previous translations also were organized and kept the TL comments and the actual dialogue separate, making it easier to read. Also (Though this isn't exactly an uncommon problem, in fact it's a very common one and it irritates me) the dialogue lines don't make it explicitly clear as to who is speaking and whatnot. But yeah, improvements: Get an editor, good translations live and die by a good editor(s). Keep your translator comments on their own line, because it tends to get in the way of reading. This one is specific to this LN since the author likes to switch perspectives on a dime, but please notify the reader as to which perspective you're in (Eliminates confusion). The rest just boils down to asking for advice on certain lines you can't translate on translator forums so you can improve your translation game (Something that takes time to improve).
Story is decent, but needs more improvemnt in terms of world building, the characters need to be fleshed out more so that they dont seem like npc's. another thing is harem tag just annoys me man just make a 1 on 1 relation between the mc and the love intrest rather than him going around baning multiple other heroines.
Recommended to me and I absolutely love it! Hoping to see more chapters soon, may this review add a smile on the author's face as studies do show that good music, laughter, and peaceful surroundings is a great variable to releasing dopamine in our body; and more dopamine mean more stories, so kudos!
