The author is able to set up the world quickly alongside with establishing who is the MC and what they are like. I personally couldn't any grammar mistake so there isn't choppy sentences or any frustration when reading.
As I attempted to get a feel for the story and character. It continued to contradict the reasoning that he was gifted rebirth by the actions taken. The world as it is now, is a dark alley. Not the book for me.

Has MHA vibes. Also a bit similar to 'Sky High'. Feels a bit over the top in its presentation but that fits what the author seems to be going for. The writing does feel a bit unpolished. I don't know if it's a narrative choice or developing skill. The story seems good, though I'm not a fan of how it's written. I like stories to be more livable than comedy. This feels more like a more realistic cartoon. Just not my kind of story.
