This novel is one of the finest I've encountered. Typically, when encountering a 'tragic' label, I tend to overlook it, seeking alternatives. However, the author masterfully handles the portrayal of the protagonist's past, ensuring the emotional impact remains manageable and heartache is contained. The main character's action sequences, his well-developed personality, and the engaging interactions with non-playable characters are exceptional. I highly recommend giving it a chance, as I am confident you won't be disappointed.
P.S. I do hope for a more accelerated translation pace.

This story is currently on hiatus until around the first week of June, the author is currently on a cruise and trying to finish the 4th book of their other series called "Adelheid", so if everything goes as per the author's plan, they will continue writing the story in around the first week of June. I will say up till now it was decent I won't say incredible but ok, the book has its movements, specially when bai xiachun concots pills. The strongest suit of this novel is the plot till now and Bai Xiachuns view towards cultivation. The fighting scenes are not good it was exciting at first but later became like any other cultivation novel. The romance is just trash. Can be a good read if you just close your brain and go with the flow.
If I were to rank it compared to all the er gen novels that I have read then :-
1st I shall seal the heavens
2nd Pursuit of truth
3d Renegade immortal
And A will eternal
Dude, I'm going to give you the real deal here, I've read a lot of novels and in all of them I write a lot of mistakes that happen in the chapters, for example I read a thousand chapters of a novel and in hundreds I talk about a lot of mistakes in creating the world or in character quotes or the fact that certain characters follow the mc in a way that doesn't make sense, or when the author contradicts it and so on... but this novel I'm in chapter 512 and so far I haven't criticized anything, everything about this novel it is plausible that the mc is simply very good, he is not unnecessarily arrogant, he does not despise others unnecessarily and he is not a dumb mc like the others, I have not yet seen any flaw in the creation of the world or in the levels of cultivation, There are simply no criticisms from me, I don't understand the rating of this novel and why it is at 3.3 because so far it is simply very good and I am reading it with great desire.
