The best way to describe this novel for me would be, a more bloody, gory and dark version of konosuba.
The main character reincarnates in the body of the current guild leader of Invictus, a member of the Medusa race, and with some fragmented memories of his new body. And he has only a system ( with no personality or system store with stupid quests, thank God) to inform him of the names of the people around him, and there status and hostility level. And apparently it can analyse and copy the skills and abilities of other people and creatures...?
I love the character design of this novel, the characters in this novel feel more 'alive', the enemies aren't evil for the sake of being evil, they each have there own personalities, with there own motivations, ambitions and dreams.
There are however some problems, for example, the lack of explanation of how the power system works, how magic works, the difference between the races in this world, etc...
Like, it's fine if everything isn't explained to the last detail. But at least having a more detailed explanation about the race of the main character, the Medusa race, and about is strength, like, sometimes he looks super powerful and other times weak, tho he looks more like an assassin for the most part, maybe that's why.
One thing in this novel is the, sometimes, excessive pov change, like, you can pass 5 or more chapters following the other characters going throught aventures and life or death battles, finding love, etc... . And you start wondering if the main character started hibernating or something.
Don't get me wrong, the pov changes aren't bad and are very good even. It's just they are to God damn long, and when one ends, another starts. And that can be very frustrating, especially when you what to know the background and abilities of the main character.
All in all, it's a great story. :-)
It is easy to read, the text block is a little rough, but it does not cause any special complaints. The title page is attractive. The story is fascinating.
You can advise those who like to read stories about school and romance.

I just see the synopsis and it's so gooood. I don't read male lead novel but this one looks interesting. The synopsis alone makes me want to read it. Ganbatte author, this is a gem!
Love it. Please let this continue. Good main character, interesting conflicts to over come. Along with good character building, the oppositional characters are enjoyable especially when they get what's coming to them.
If it continues on the same path this book will become very good. I just hope he takes care of everything so his family is safe. Then just become an absolute demon.
I truly did not like this and simply couldn't read past chapter 14.I felt as if i would simply die of frustration because of everything that was happening in the novel and the reasons behind it. The author aswell as other 'reviewers' have tried to make excusesfortheplain lack of logic and common sense, but with an mc who changes personality, has a naive trust for strangers from an entirely different planet that happen to remind him of those cultivation novel he read, previously confirmed by his 'system' (master)and makes unique life decisions considering he has 'read novels like this before', marries a girl because he feels sorry that he has no choice but to take her virginity, forced into situations by his useless system that incurs the death penalty for evry failure. The fact that a 60 year old former mma champion, a man who occasionally reads webnovels, predictably gets pushed around by trouble he has invited into his radar, being called a slave because of his haircut and not doing anything about it not five chapters later and not even having a stray thought about freeing himself.
I originally reaf this story after buying the books on Amazon and it was such an amazing story that it helped me to become interested in the entire genre and start reading these stories. I cannot recommend this series strongly enough and hope that everyone who reads this story enjoys it as much as i did.

So far so good, I just stopped at chapter 21 since I'm out of passes but it's a fun read. I like the Mcs powers but I think they need a more developed description, honestly, that's it, some things are rushed or glossed over and they don't need a long description but some easing into instead. like how I didn't even notice it was a 2-year time skip and am confused how she suddenly joined the military like what was the thought process behind that. but these might already be discussed later I'm just waiting to horde some more passes
