yeah i saw in novel updates that its about 2700+ and i also searched for the ending and it really did end in 2700+ chaps im kinda confused about it as well cause she still hasn't found her mother's true identity yet now that its in chapter 2400+

I'm currently only ten chapters in, but I've already noticed some patterns that could be improved, especially in terms of writing quality. The big one for me is heavy use of passive voice eg: this character did instead of character said... Using a lot of existance verbs: did, was, is, will. I know the author isn't a native English speaker (I think) and this is a bit more nuanced then general English, but if he cut this out then his writing could be much better.
This story isn't particularly unique, but it is still captivating and I'm enjoying it quite a lot. The main character is super generic, but it's still fun to read. A few of the author notes acknowledge his silly ideas and generic plot points, and to paraphrase him- what does it matter as long as it's awesome. I like this philosophy, and feel like this goes against the grain of other authors on this site who get mired down trying to explain away why their ideas aren't stupid.
This authors strength lies in the fact that he gives enough detail to feel emersed and not so much that you stop feeling emersed. This author clearly has room for improvement but is definitely worth the read.
Too much time skip and battles are not detailed or the mechs. The imagery is weak, and half the time I don't even know where I am in the novel as well; it's too fast and the strength mc gains is so insignificant because of that. This is the first time I ever did a review, and I did this review because the novel's story is pretty crap. Character (especially Mu Shang)and world design are alright though.
so from your point of view it would be wise to continue reading even though i find the mc's side character really disgusting and immediately lose interest? and it's also stupid to ask in the comments if he'll be the lover? because I didn't read it further until I knew if he would become a lover or not in a novel that has 1800 chapters???? or what else should be stupid huh?? tell me what else sounds stupid from me? XD I'm sure you're telling me I just should have read a little further or something XD
