This is nice to read novel. Bit different than most novels on this site. At some point it starts to be too much Chinese supremacy propaganda and how Chinese are better people and people from other countries are stupid. At that point I had to stop reading.
I can't process how this novel's translated.. it's not the worse translation but smh it's making my head buzz w confusion so I just dropped it. I think I'd rather wait for the anime than read the novel lmf**
This is just my opinion, I think it's a bloody good read. Some might find it cliché but again, it's a good one. Unlike other harems, the FL here have a frickin' personality.
Bruh Mc rap ??
Though my English isn't fluent and I haven't commented before, I must say this is hands down the best novel I've ever read, and I doubt I'll find anything better. It's a wonderful feeling to relate to the characters. Thank you for introducing me to this masterpiece; I intend to reread it for the rest of my life.
This is a rather conventional harem academy story where the author clearly prefers older female love interests. The romantic elements are gradual and there's a lack of action, as battles with villains are scarce. While there are a few likable characters who get some development, overall character depth feels lacking.
As for why I'm reading it, it's because I'm looking for something new and lengthy to fill my reading list. However, I wouldn't wholeheartedly recommend it, as I might have abandoned it halfway due to the slow pace and occasional dragging sections.
Here are some additional issues I've encountered:
- The plot revolves around the academy, where abilities reign supreme. It seems the original world doesn't explore alternative survival methods, or if they do, the protagonist lacks the intelligence to utilize them effectively.
- Misunderstandings between characters prolong the romantic tension unnecessarily, which can be frustrating. The author appears to be padding the story for length, but eventual love scenes do take place.
- The character ages are conveniently set up to justify older teacher-student relationships without feeling inappropriate. It's best to overlook this aspect, as the characters don't actually act their age.
In summary, while the book has its moments, it's not a standout choice due to its predictable nature and pacing issues. If you're after a more engaging and well-rounded story, you might want to consider other options.
People say it's a pretty good novel to pass time but why on Earth is the m named Dark Demon. Why is demon a normal noble family name. Why is his first name dark? I thought dark demon was just the name of one of the demons and was expecting a light demon and a fire demon but no dark demon is just the mc's name. Should've just named him Damian dark or something similar if you wanted him to have an edgy name.
Edit: ok I was pretty harsh on dark demon but white gawd is f'ing hilarious. Completely broke my immersion. Stupid name but funny stupid.
Loved this novel, strong female lead, and a very entertaining plotline. I love how she fights back against those that wrong her but there were some parts where I thought that she might have gone a little overboard. Still worth it to read and highly recommend
Finally!!! Someone who have some sense! She completely USELESS here. I didn't liked her from the start because of how she used the MC but for me the author used her just to say the novel have some romance that's all. They're married but the MC is never there so...at some point this marriage is worst than a convenience marriage. The author didn't have to put a romance just to be messy like that
Well, it's not that bad. It does actually have a plot, kinda. If you remove the part where he all of a sudden went from being somewhat conservative and sensible when it comes to women and sex to being a fuck boy once he got powerful enough, yeah it's nice. I don't like romance or anything sexual in a novel cause it's too cliché but I was willing to deal with this because he was sensible. It's a nice read though
Fang Yuan mc of reverend insanity
I agree with Blyth, make up your mind already-- second thought, can totally hear that them in my head, just like Star Wars and Jurassic Park. Coincidentally I think all were created by John Williams.
