i would definitely recommend, but that is just because i really enjoy gaming novels, but the story is nice, mc doesn’t feel op or something and there is already some character development. if you’re not sure if you want to read it just read a couple of chapter and decide if it’s worth it after :)
The main issue with this novel is the lack of imagination, the main characters first body modification was to ‘get wolverines claws’ I can already see that this isn’t going to go anywhere decent, don’t recommend.
I would like to start with a thank you, the novel is great it has a nice and exciting beginning which I found really interesting. There is something about the novel that keeps me always asking for more, I'm not sure if it the undead thing or the fact that a can imagine the MC getting at the driver and the "bodybuilder" but I really from the bottom of my heart think that this novel could go places . I'm intrigued to see were it'll take me .Keep up the great work .
Great book So far i have enjoyed the character devolopment and the plot mixed with the pleasant dark humor. i cant wait to read more hopefully soon.
i like it. its a novel like The Legendary Mechanic but instead of making use players by becoming an idol our mc goes against players killing/farming them while they are weak to increase his power.

Honestly the translation is terrible. Like I'm not even sure how this story is going on while others get dropped. After chapter 60, it drops sharply in translation quality, and then it continue to get worse and worse. The story isn't anything special, and the MC gets away with too much stuff, despite there being no reason for it, other than the people at the top protecting his because they are currently also using him too, just like he does with them. The story could have been a lot better, but the author made the story super superficial.

Sad news the raw story ended without conclusion the author decided to not continue the stroy anymore which is a bit sad because i like it somehow
Okay so I need to talk about this absolute CHAOS of a plot twist. Qing Ni gets drunk, spouts some nonsense advice to Qin Shi Huang about castration (apparently tied to some cultivation technique), activates her self-protection system, passes out—and the next morning the First Emperor is literally holding a blood-covered dagger in his bedchamber. MY HEART STOPPED. I genuinely thought he had done it. I was WAILING internally. And then he just laughs and says he was SLAYING A DEER. A deer. Not himself. The misunderstanding is so perfectly constructed that it works on two levels: it's hilarious comedy gold, but it also reveals something terrifying about the man. Qin Shi Huang is the type of ruler who would literally cut off his own manhood if he believed it would secure his empire. That's not a joke, that's character revelation through near-tragedy. The System even says it best: 'But he is Qin Shi Huang! His will is resolute, capable of what ordinary men cannot achieve!' And Qing Ni's internal scream of 'Your Majesty, I wanted to change you and change Qin, but not in this direction!!' is the most relatable reaction ever. The plot also weaves in the Xu Fu subplot beautifully—this Fangshi who's been feeding the Emperor false elixirs and draining the treasury, and the moment the Emperor deliberately postpones meeting him to spend time with Qing Ni? That's a power move wrapped in a romantic gesture. Wang Ben's internal monologue about wanting to smash the elixir vial is chef's kiss. Every subplot is connected.
I am not sure how people are praising the story. Because of them I went ahead and read till almost 500 chapters. After each chapter I had to convince myself that its still too early and maybe the good part is coming. But no more. The story is crap. Overused cliches in the worst way possible. Author uses every single trope possible. Whether it's the carriage carrying some high profile , running through the city and killing people in the way or stupid enemies from auctions. Restaurant table cliche? Done... MCs power is special. Bull ****. It's just devouring and increasing own cultivation. God of slaughter is the same, that War God Soul novel is the same, Eternal King is the same. I don't even remember how many novels are there which have growing spirit. MC is also just a bull. Running everywhere without thinking of the consequences. An dlater he cries saying he needs to be stronger. And this has already happened 15-20 times in 500 chapters Sect is basically the low level copy paste of all other novels. Including the Gangs inside and the sects top child being its leader. Boooriiiing. And sect fights every few chapters. Can't they fucking use something new? It's also done on the most boring way possible. One good thing is amount of filler. It's less. But side stories are so much that it doesn't matters. Overall rating? Overrated thrash. Waste of time. U less you have nothing to read. It's not the worst thing out there but it's just too monotonous and boring. It's like salted chips. Bland. And usual. Basically you can never go wrong with it. As its so tried and tested that it should get an award for it.
