This is an excellent read. I've always had a soft spot for characters who share a relatable background - those who have faced adversity, misfortune, or poverty but maintain a grateful spirit, full of life, and determined to better themselves. The story with Emmy and Omake has been an absolute delight so far. The translations are exceptional too. In my view, it's definitely a worthwhile read.
At first, the story appears quite promising, but it quickly becomes disappointing after around 50+ chapters, considering the extremely brief length. The positive aspects are the engaging introduction, where the main character (MC) discovers a weak class ability in a world where abilities reign supreme. The MC's determination to train and self-reliance resonate well, and the dialogue and character development are commendable, along with decent descriptions and world-building.
However, the novel falls short due to its slow pacing, exemplified by a lengthy fight early on. The main issue lies in the portrayal of humans, which comes across as immature and unrealistic. Characters exhibit deep-rooted prejudice against those with lower-class ranks, but the execution feels clichéd and lacks depth. The narrative often relies on stereotypes, such as the shock and admiration for the MC's hard work, which is repeatedly emphasized as extraordinary despite his common class. This portrayal comes across as naive and out of touch with real-life human dynamics, especially for a 20-year-old protagonist.
Additionally, the MC's priorities seem misplaced. Despite knowing the importance of focusing on training, he becomes overly preoccupied with forming friendships, particularly with a harem, despite their discriminatory attitudes. This behavior makes the character appear like a teenager going through hormonal changes, rather than a mature individual who transcended into the novel. As the story shifts its focus on these immature interactions, the reader loses interest, as it fails to create believable character growth.
While the author may have intended to offer a different perspective, the approach ends up feeling overly simplistic and childlike, undermining the credibility of the narrative.
"Omega Summoner" left me thoroughly engrossed with its captivating blend of fantasy and adventure. The protagonist's journey, from an unlikely hero to a formidable summoner, was both inspiring and relatable. The world-building was rich, immersing me into a realm where ancient powers collided. The plot twists kept me on the edge, while the character development resonated deeply. A must-read for those who crave immersive storytelling and thrilling escapades.
The author of this book is more dedicated on another site, it's one of the reasons why chapters on this book on this site specifically can be a little behind updates.
I doubt this would make it to top 50 with the amount of audience that are more into uhh... hack-slash-upgrade-slap kinda thing but safe to say top 200s are a nice trajectory to say there are always hidden gems if you know where to look
wait for a minute, when does he have the power of an ancestor again, you need to remember that a stronger partner requires a longer bonding time (like 3 years and longer)? And the level is the system lv, not his lv, the system lv only affect the number of the binding partner (at least for now) not his combat lv.
And by the way, don't go all night to read novels (and don't drink too much coffee too)
Are we still in the beast domain arc?
YOU- ?????
Some MINOR SPOILERS may be present so don't read if you wanna avoid them.
It was a very interesting read and the mc is unpredictable and evil. The author didn't disappoint at all with the dark theme he promised. We have multiple girls, imo opinion his maid is still the best girl and although not described to be beautiful like the others, she is just interesting to read for me. My only complaint is the mother arc. I was reading with anticipation of how mc was gonna do her because of how much she had been hyped throughout the read. But the author decided that it would be a great idea instead to do a sad backstory of her getting nearly r*p*d and a detailed scene of her raping his father.
I am not trying to say that this novel is bad or anything, its great taking into consideration that people who read know what they are getting into! Just that arc was very weird for me. I would rather have mc do her or not do her at all, but he just made her climax with his hands and disappeared. H*rny me
Is there any fishing done from c.2500 to latest chapter?
This is amazing and refreshing story. I didn't expect it to be so exciting and funny because of slice of life hashtags. Hope to read more chapters. ????
Please update more.
muito bom, recomendo a qualquer um pode ler
As of chapter 39:
On the grammar front this fanfic is okay and I couldn't find any mistakes.
On the plot side this fanfic progress okay and I didn't get bored while reading or found any plot hole.
The characters themselves also feel alive and not mechanical or robotic. The harem and s*x is also not forced or illogical but flowed quite well.
Overall, I will give this fanfic five stars
