I absolutely adore this. It's hard not to empathize with the main character; he truly went through a lot. The mother, however, seems like the antagonist here. Initially, I could understand her intentions for her son's well-being, but her character development becomes despicable. From the moment she became pregnant, she was fixated on maintaining an "alpha" status, leading to her decision to alter her gender and inadvertently causing her child, ML, a pheromone disorder. There were alternative, less selfish methods to save him, like removing his glands, but she chose the path of self-interest. She treated others as pawns, as Dr. Mu, their family physician, pointed out, all for her own gain. And, fittingly, her actions have severe consequences.
I'm glad the author gave them a chance at redemption, a second lease on life, whether in terms of existence or love. If you're looking for a tragic or angsty ending, I recommend stopping at Chapter 22.
The narrative is concise and satisfying, with a touch of poetic justice that concludes neatly. This novel is designed for a single-day read, and I'm grateful that the focus on the protagonist's (MC) and main love interest's (ML) relationship didn't拖沓 into多余的 40-50 chapters after the revenge or karma was resolved. The pacing of their connection felt organic, considering the book's length, timeline, and character actions.
What I particularly appreciate is the honesty in how the supporting characters address the aftermath of the original timeline, where the MC had passed away. Unlike many novels that opt for a happier alternate reality, this one delves into the consequences of the MC's fate, providing a more authentic and thought-provoking conclusion.

Both characters seem to struggle with mental health issues; MC might exhibit sociopathic or psychopathic traits, while Editor B/Ji Qu becomes increasingly fixated on MC, almost like a loyal dog.
When MC reaches out to Editor B, he becomes entangled in MC's life and uncovers the husband's affair with MC's childhood friend. Editor B even serves as an alibi and aids MC in hiding their actions. The reason for Editor B's loss of "someone" in the epilogue lies in witnessing MC with the movie mogul.

Detective D likely suspects a conspiracy between MC and Editor B. If Editor B were to regain his memories, it would complicate matters further for the childhood friend's rescue. The timeline goes like this:

- "First of all, what is this book about?" Well, It's about a guy named Atenzi who used to live in our planet, but after his death, he was chosen as a wildcard and got sent to another universe called Universe X.
To be more precise, he was sent to Naaim, a planet similar to ours, plus some mythological creatures, and historical figures as evil leaders or benevolent wisemen.
- "What type of guy is Atenzi?" He is very disciplined but doubts himself a lot.
But as the story goes, he trusts himself more.
I f I had to define him in a sentence, it would be that he is the definition of the indomitable human spirit.
You'll like him, I promise.
- "Will he be overpowered?" Yes and no.
Sometimes Atenzi can score easy wins, but most of the time, no.
He relies immensely on his high IQ/battle IQ, and knowledge from Earth about several martial arts, philosophies, and other things.
Yes, he is like a nerd who can fight and has a strong will.
- "Will there be romance?" Yes, but it is indirect and very rare.
- "Will there be a Harem? Definitely not.
- "How often are you updating?" Currently, I'm dedicated to writing two to three chapters every day.
