Author's Review!!!My novel will primarily focus on the journey. I will try to introduce many characters along the way. The pacing might seem fast, but I will definitely maintain balance.Other than that, there isn’t much else I can say about the novel. I might have made some grammatical mistakes. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you spot any errors or something that seems incorrect. For now, I don’t have an X or Discord account… If I create one, I’ll update you.I enjoy both writing and reading—hopefully, you’ll enjoy reading it too!
author knows how to write. it is interesting and engaging. nice story telling and above all YANDERE for the win.
Overall really great story! Love the innocence of the characters and it sticks with throughout the story
The setting in this chapter is so well-chosen and I want to appreciate it. The He family is sitting in an 'enclosed flower room adjacent to the indoor area, having afternoon tea, separated from the main hall by a few open glass doors.' This is such a specific, vivid detail—it tells you everything about this family. They're wealthy enough to have separate dining spaces, they value appearances enough to host in a flower room, and the glass doors mean everything is visible, nothing is truly private. Which is perfect because this chapter is all about secrets being exposed in broad daylight. The dining room scene itself is cinematic. You have the spilled bird's nest porridge shattering on the tile floor, the servants frozen in place, the He family members streaming in from the flower room like extras in a soap opera, and Ning Yichu sitting calmly eating lean meat porridge like he's not the agent of chaos holding the room hostage. The contrast between the elegant setting and the ugly truths being revealed is delicious. The author also does a great job with the physical space—the cane being raised, He Shixia blocking it, He Dingbang throwing himself at He Grandmother's legs. Every beat has clear blocking and staging. Even the servant who brings the porridge at the worst possible moment feels like a deliberate comedic touch, like the universe itself is watching this family implode. The world feels lived-in and real, not just a backdrop for drama. You can picture this house, these rooms, these people. That's good writing.
Dear Author, I'm a big admirer of your writing! After reading your book, I was blown away by your talent. I have some ideas on how to take your book to the next level and expand its readership. Would you be willing to listen to my feedback and suggestions?
Another High-quality work from my favorite author. Nothing to say , because I know it will automatically be good ?
TO MY READERS:I hope all of you enjoy this novel. The writing style for this novel is not very 'webnovel-like', it's more of a 'what my reaction in this scenario is'. I try to make sure the narrative fits the characters' personality. However, if you guys prefer something more poetic(?) and descriptive, I'll be shameless and ask you to check out my other novel, "Setting the Villain Straight" which is an enemies to lovers book! That's all! Thanks for coming by.
