Since they've been together for ten years, Lin has learned to understand him, reducing any potential misunderstandings. Their mutual love and trust ensure a drama-free environment. As they both重生, Yun Ting becomes more determined to communicate openly, making his denseness endearing and manageable.
Summary: A reincarnated Taoist priestess aims to improve her arranged marriage with a major general. This time, she's assertive, less tolerant of others, and better at understanding her husband's low EQ. Unbeknownst to her, Yun Ting also reincarnates, striving to engage in meaningful conversations. The plot itself isn't groundbreaking, but Lin's Taoist background adds some unique elements, such as her precognitive abilities and connection with plants.
While it wasn't terrible, it fell short of my expectations in terms of excitement. The main character is indeed cunning and unyielding, but her constant act of innocence became monotonous. She reminded me of the seemingly innocent antagonist from thatQT movie, a likable character without a clear reason, which took away some intrigue.
A problem is how long the gap between updates are, by the time a new chapter is out, I'd have already forgotten what happened with the past and will have to go over the past chapter again in order to remember ?
So would you recommend it for reading?

P.S.S one of the chapters is messed up in the part where she is greeted at the palace and she jumps out.

There's a concern about the novel potentially heading towards a poorly executed harem plot. While harem stories can work, the issue here lies in the addition of characters without proper development. The first heroine, the wind sword girl, initially seems promising, but the story introduces others like the teacher, who were once favorites, without giving them the same depth. It feels like the author is rushing to populate the harem, rather than focusing on meaningful connections.
Additionally, the main character's inconsistent personality is another issue. There are moments of growth, like acknowledging weakness and striving to improve, but the character's resilience is questionable. He endures torture but then suddenly seeks companionship and indulges in activities that undermine his growth. A strong-willed protagonist should be dedicated to their path, but this character's wavering commitment dilutes the authenticity.
In summary, while the novel may not be inherently bad, the combination of machine translation and the author's choices, such as the forced system and rushed character development, detract from the overall quality.
