The story is good. I like Liam and Jeff, specially Jeff. They know how they feels towards their love. However, Aliyah is kind of annoying&weak, she always having second thoughts about Liam & Jeff. Anyways, still good to read.

A few things: this is not for you if you want an intelligent, pampering ML. The ML is like a firecracker, constantly going off, as impulsive and insecure as a toddler. He's the furthest thing from mature or capable. The protagonist barely makes up for it, but even then, it was hard to get through this story.
The ML's origin in a lab? Ignore it; it’s only a red herring and not actually important to the plot. If you’re expecting them to delve into an ethical or secret forces conflict against whoever ran the lab, you’ll be disappointed.
What is important is how the ML constantly makes the protagonist feel "guilty" and drives the story forward in that way. He constantly accuses the protagonist of abandoning him, but from the start, it’s clear they were strangers, and the ML wasn’t owed anything. I can only assume it was his persistent assumption of a relationship that eventually created one, as even the author stated that the ML got into the protagonist's heart via guilt due to these accusations. Because of this, I can't actually call this a romance; it feels more like yandere manipulation and insanity twisted into something barely palatable by making the ML have moments of "weakness" due to being younger and not in a position of power initially. To put it another way, it’s like a savior complex that the ML adapts to make acceptable.
Additionally, I kept feeling like the protagonist was too nice, but in the context of him being a prince, it makes sense that he would try to save people, like Mo Ziran. In most areas, other than with Bai Mo, the ML, his reasoning made sense.
Honestly, this was super frustrating to read, but I kept going. I thought my yaoi sweetness and sexy times were coming (because it’s yaoi, not shounen ai, you know). Then the rapes happened. If there's one thing I HATE, it's a top who doesn't take care of his bottom, refusing to even get a DOCTOR because of something as stupid as "only I should see you there." Fucking asshole (I may still be angry).
Trigger warnings for rape (by the ML to the protagonist), forced imprisonment, forced surgery, and need I say rape again? Honestly, thinking of everything the lead has suffered compared to and due to the ML, I can only say the majority of this story is just unraveling tragedy. I wasn't too surprised by the ending, but the story is not entirely predictable, as you don’t get all the protagonist's thoughts. The plot isn’t driven by romance, so don’t expect much sweetness.
As initially mentioned by other reviewers, the beginning of the story is quite conventional. However, I found myself getting increasingly engaged with it after a few storylines. Although it's not the greatest narrative out there, it holds sufficient intrigue for me.
The web novel currently encompasses over 25+ arcs, spanning across roughly 10-15 distinct isekai settings. Each world follows a basic hero vs. demon king theme, but with unique twists added to the mix. Sometimes, these arcs aren't entirely new; they intertwine earlier worlds in unexpected ways due to events in subsequent ones.
An overarching plot exists, but it can be challenging to follow, possibly due to my limited Japanese comprehension. Certain aspects become clearer only as the story progresses. Given the short length of each world (around 10-15 chapters), world-building isn't the strongest aspect, but I still appreciate it. Compared to generic isekai series on the platform, this one stands out in terms of storytelling.
Additionally, it's worth noting that it doesn't feature a harem, which is a major plus for me. What captured my interest was the dynamic between the main character and the heroine/companion, Tia, particularly during the arc endings. Despite the slow pace of romance, their relationship is genuinely touching. The main character isn't portrayed as dense, just that the transitions between worlds are rapid.
In conclusion, while it may not be the pinnacle of storytelling, I genuinely enjoyed this series.
