I had to stop reading this book it wasn’t turning out to be good at all, the way they kept on doing her was crazy and to think that her on damn husband couldn’t even believe in her nor stand up an fight for her and their family/marriage is just ridiculous
I have been reading this book for a while and all I can say is that the author knows how to show every single emotions, sadness, happiness and panic.It's a good read,put up the good work, author.Can't wait to see Nico and Amara grow strong together and overcome challenges.

Okay, so I have to talk about this opening scene because it genuinely made me laugh out loud. Wen Chu is sitting in a cafe watching some random couple break up and her internal monologue is literally, 'This is perfect teaching material! I could use these moves when it's finally time to break up with the male lead.' Like—what? You're transmigration protagonist and your first instinct is to take notes on strangers' relationships for your own eventual breakup strategy? That is such a specific brand of chaotic energy that I immediately fell in love with her. But here's what's actually brilliant about how the plot is structured: this whole 'breakup planning' framing device hangs over every single interaction between Wen Chu and Xi Liye. Every time he does something unexpectedly soft or attentive, we're reminded that she's mentally preparing for the exit. The irony is thick enough to cut with a knife. She's treating this relationship like a temporary assignment while he's literally rearranging his entire digital presence for her. The WeChat Moments scene is peak plot comedy. She goads him into posting, he does it with the romantic subtlety of a corporate handshake, then asks her what the correct way to do it is. And she has to Google it. She literally searches 'How to post a couple's announcement on WeChat' while the guy she's supposedly dating watches her do it. The fact that he then interlaces his fingers with hers and says 'Like this?' while she's internally screaming is the kind of plot beat that makes you want to throw the book across the room out of sheer secondhand embarrassment and delight. Then it pivots HARD into the family dinner and suddenly we're dealing with genuine emotional stakes. Her mother's remarriage, the introduction to Pei Ye—who I am already convinced is going to be significant later—this is the plot thickening in a way that feels earned rather than forced. The original Wen Chu would've been terrified of being replaced, but our girl just genuinely wants her mom to be happy. That's a plot choice that tells us everything about who Wen Chu actually is versus who she was pretending to be. So here's my question: how long can this whole 'fake relationship' premise sustain actual emotional weight before it collapses under its own irony? Because right now it's walking this razor-thin line between comedy and something genuinely touching, and I'm not sure the author has planned the landing.
