The first work of TJSS and also one of the novels that i already finished reading that made me satisfied with good ending. This is worth reading even if its a harem since the author made development with them and mc. My problem only is that Qidian International stole the translations of Wuxiaworld.
I would like to start off this review by saying that webnovel needs more novels like this one. Dark ruthless evil main characters. I am very selective about these kind of books because most of the time the "evil mc" is a antihero at best and a secret good guy at worst. However this book does it right. The book has shapeshifters as the main power of the world. Mc has a system and can power up by killing people. World building is enough to understand the big picture. The only problem I have with this novel is that ever time a new person is introduced the author shows the whole statuswhat shapeshifter they are along with the str, agility,int etc.... this happens even when the person is killed in the same chapter as the status was listed. At this point I have read all the way until the premium and honestly I won't continue this book. I'm not going to spend money to unlock a chapter when that chapter is literally introducing characters to the story and listing every attribute they have...I don't care about the whole stats! A name and rank is enough.... Such as. Name:ThomasRank:psudo-lordWish this novel was better as I said before we need more evil mc novels....sad day
Novels like these are the reason qidian needs to give us a preview chapter in the voting system. So basically this seemed like a cool new cultivation/western fantasy from just reading the synopsis however after first 12 chapters I can tell you it is a rushed pile of sh*t. So we start of with some random mages being described and then straight to our protagonist who is apparently from some fallen clan, typical beggining stuff not great not too bad. And from then the story goes downhill, cultivation is handled poorly we are not showed how did he feel or do his first casting of a spell, which is told of in a one sentence. Next comes a timeskip and before even fully describing what happened author does another timeskip. After that more time is spent with stupid dialogues about rule of the jungle than basic world building. I will not describe everything but these first 12 chapters were simply unimpressive, which is weird since author should show the vision for his novel in early chapters. This story might get better but i doubt it, however the translation quality is good and as for update stablity it is too early to judge.

An interesting premise that is completely ruined by the translation. I have read MTL before and this novel seems to be a tier below it. Nothing is capitalized, grammar is all over the place, people change names every sentence, it's just not worth piecing together this puzzle. If you're going to upload a translation, the least you could do is try.
It is really a good Book but i dropped it very fast at chapter 70 because the MC always had smth witch made him unique but in chapter 70 he wasn't anymore and this dissapointed me a lot .It is like a Person reincarnateds with a system but every person he wants to gets the same system and same Powers it just doen't make the MC Unique....more simpe and normal and that is what i can't accept.The Story and grammar and everything is really good but i can't accept it.But for every other person on here pls go read this and enjoy because it is really good.I would even think about donating smth to this story because i really like it but ......Chapter 70 destroyed all my Fun. And the worst part it that if i love a story like this is that i always imagine to be the MC so when he is happy i am kindy happy too and when he is say i am as well. But when in CH 70 he got in my eyes " Normal" and that totally destroyed my mood for the day ;(If he gave them the talent to reach the power of Light and Darkness ....OKAY But he should always be stronger or it isn't interesting anymore or not for me.Imagine Ultimate scheming system where all his wives always have the same Cultivation like him Blank.That's the same here.Before he was destined to be the TOP ALONE but not not.It is like you are born the be the Emperor but then they say there have to be 10 Emperors with the same Power ????? First off, I couldn’t even get through 20 chapters. When I put character design at 2 stars, I mean that the characters all share the a collective iq of a fly. It’s actually horrendous. The author tries to introduce character development and internal struggles at stupid times, and it’s just painful. I feel like this has a lot of potential, but the execution and actual design were very poor. Anyways, best of luck to the author in future stories!
I enjoy this novel a lot but I read it on Ww since they are the owners of the translation work . The translator owns his translations and has the right to monetarize them as long as the Writer gives the Authorisation. Qidian does own rights to the original content but doesn't have the rights to the intellectual content of the translator. For those that does not care, please go on as I am no one to judge, for those that cares about doing the right thing please read on wuxiaworld. Thank you

well starting was fine... the concept of post-apocalypse is pretty new... but the story goes downhill after his ass kicked by law enforcers.... he suddenly becomes kind of simp+egoistic+loser Mc thinks he is a war veteran or something... I say... he can't even take few law enforcers and wanna take revenge on a more powerful criminal organization for some researchers who he meets only a few times... why not just worry about your ass and live well...
