Wow, let me just say this is actually a great story. I love how the main character transitions from being portrayed as a blind and cowardly woman (though this isn't entirely true; the story frames her this way, but in reality, she's always been strong, just letting her guard down with the male lead) to a badass, gritty woman with a thirst for revenge, albeit with a bit of a sadistic edge. Her ideal revenge involves both hurting and making love to the male lead.
Despite the smut tag, the story doesn't overly focus on it, with only the beginning and the latest chapters containing any explicit content. Instead, the narrative primarily centers on the thriller and action aspects, documenting her rise from a cold-hearted cleaner to a courageous agent. She isn't overpowered; even when she achieves victories (which, of course, she does as the main character), she still faces significant challenges. Additionally, she must prove herself to her coworkers, who often criticize her simply because she is a woman. Seeing their shocked expressions when they recognize her competence truly brightened my day.
All in all, if you're looking for a strong female lead with a clear agenda, who must struggle to achieve her goals (ironically, she has already achieved them but remains unaware due to her past blindness), and a psychotic double-agent male lead who initially refuses to acknowledge his genuine love for her, only to later realize her shocking capabilities and strengths, forcing him to reconsider his stigmatized view of her as a 'helpless housewife' and instead see her as a 'ruthless, cold, and calculating woman who still has a caring side,' then this novel is definitely for you.
I am currently experiencing a profound emotional response... Typically, modern novels do not particularly resonate with me. Not every book captures my interest, but after a discussion in my anime group about a particular novel, something shifted. Ever since that post, I've found myself unexpectedly intrigued. And now, I must express my heartfelt gratitude to the person who shared that recommendation – it has truly been a life-changing decision.
This book has an intense impact, evoking such strong emotions that it feels as though my heart is being squeezed tight. Although I cried buckets, there were no tears in my eyes, which only heightened the experience. It taught me a valuable lesson about patience and open communication in love – they are the foundation for resolving any issue. It beautifully showcases the harmonious dynamic between an older and younger couple, but it does irk me that often in both fiction and real life, older partners tend to infantilize their partners, regardless of their age. It emphasizes the importance of giving love a chance instead of making impulsive decisions alone.
The accompanying songs added another layer of depth, making me feel as if I could hear their voices and share in their tender gazes. This novel has left an indelible impression on my heart, with its portrayal of love and tenderness that words simply cannot express.
Despite some moments where Qin Qingzhu's actions seem illogical, the way Jiang Ji supports him is a beautiful sight. I am deeply saddened by how the 'adult' character so callously夺取并摧毁了 a child's love, his words causing immense pain.
In conclusion, reading this novel was undoubtedly the right choice for me. It demonstrates a level of understanding and patience that is not commonly found in love stories.
Very good, I really liked this story with a closed ending that could be continued in another story
Does the author reveal Josh MF Malum's way to training before the tower happened
yes it takes me a solid 30 minutes to go through all the books on scribble redacted and royal redacted and i use web redacted as a way to find books so there’s a sh*t ton there to
Im guessing this has been dropped by author In novelupdates it says 432ch and tagged as complete already
I couldn't agree more. That nina something really is a shitty character which overshadowed the MC which is why I dropped this years ago. . . and I hate the "love" stuff between them. The story had a big potential but was dragged by the side characters' "development" much like how I dropped the novel The Villain Wants to Live due to female characters. The MC also is always contradicting his goal in life, making illogical choices.
name of the second book please
I meant there is the main couple and some side characters couple. So a lot of CPs (。•̀ᴗ-)✧
Which novel are you referring to?
Btw the reason it is not updating is because the author is taking a break
This was my first fanfic i, your father, read
But they have the same picture
