I don’t understand the cruelty in these books at times! Nothing about it he loves, controlling, abusive, aggressive etc. How can Bicanna and Dorothy roam so freely make death threats and nothing happens. Sarah murdered along Nigel and it’s not form of protection for Anne or her kids!

I was enjoying this book up to chapter 45. Then suddenly from chapter 46 to 71 everything is a repeat of some previous chapters. I lost a lot of good coins because of this!
