This is a good read a lot of cliff hangers keeps you coming back for more
Great story
I'm really enjoying this story. It's interesting.
I hope the miracle will happens in Colleen's life.
I can forgive the translation errors but starting at chapter 68 it's a completely different book and doesn't make any sense.... i think this is only part of a book. I wouldn't waste my time tbh or at least stop at ch 67 so you don't confuse yourself
good book.however, when the time that the two got intense it suddenlly cut
Amazing Part ... finally Ryan and Hope meet... but what will Edward do now ? and what's the past of Mrs.Grey and Edward ?
Dearest Author, please write more books... Your books are great! "Tempted by my Jilted groom," is just a bomb! Can't wait for it to end. And we need more books...!
Amazing read ...
Okay, let me just say this upfront: Yan Changye is one of the most fascinating antagonists I've read in a while, and his dynamic with Liu Xiyin is absolutely electric. Here's the thing — he's not just some generic domineering warlord trope. He's genuinely suspicious, genuinely calculating. He searches her body, finds the film, interrogates her like a criminal. And then what does he do? He goes to the study and immediately asks for HER file. Not the assassin's file — her file. He's intrigued. He's not satisfied with just threatening her; he wants to understand her. And Liu Xiyin? She's this brilliant scientist trapped in a fragile sixteen-year-old body, constantly running through一百零八种 ways to make him impotent while he's literally pinning her down. The inner monologue is gold. She's thinking about adultery with his Ninth Concubine, plotting escape routes, worrying about hygiene — all while he's right there, hearing every single thought. The power dynamic is so deliciously inverted. She has all this future knowledge and scientific genius, but physically she's completely helpless. He has all the physical power and authority, but he has no idea who she really is. They're both playing blind chess against each other. The moment where he says "Young Mistress, I will make sure you never have the chance to bathe again" — that's not just a threat, that's him acknowledging her obsession with cleanliness and turning it into leverage. He's paying attention. He's learning her. And then the breakfast scene? He's looking at surveillance photos of her, analyzing her every move, while she's sitting across from him wondering if he brushes his teeth. They're both performing, both calculating, and neither knows the full truth. This is going to be such a slow burn of mutual discovery.
This is 70% off, read it now ...️
