Lord_of_the_void
to be honest I wasn't expecting much when I started reading this... I was surprised. While yes many of the Cliche's (arrogant young masters,Restaurant fights etc) Are here, They are done in a natural and unforced manner. This book always receives a powerstone from me every day and I thoroughly enjoy it. the quality of the translation is excellent .My only complaint is the number of releases per week. It seems to be 3 ...Most of the time. It really needs a daily release to keep people reading.A release every few days just makes people let it hold up until there are a bunch and may actually make people forget about it.So steadier releases even if it is 1 a day will keep people hooked.

If you fed wuxi and xianxia books to a ai and had it make it's own book at least that would be interesting. This is literally copy paste generic of generic plot. Gj author way to be original or put your own spin on it.
I’m a big fan of anything related to fantasy, and I’m thinking of writing one myself. The novel is still at it’s peak, but is really good. I commend the author for making the chapters long, and the way the story started would surely tempt the readers to keeping reading further.Looking forward to reading more of it during my free time.
The start was not that bad honestly. translation quality wise there are some errors there and there but it is still readable.I can honestly also get behind that the main female is brain dead and falls deep in love with MC for absolutely no reason nor prior contact or before even having spoken a single word to him. However it went downhill when the author keeps forcing that random stone gambling garbage story line there. I am 100% thinking it should not even be a thing. Not only does he keep selecting trash stones each time but the reason he does so is not even properly explained, just half assessed excuses like, does not want to show off.I honeslty hate this type of stuff so much he is actively hiding his skill for no reason at all since we had seen no real consequences, like i wouldn’t mind he did as he is doing now if there are actual consequences shown but there isn’t, because there is a guy clearly known for picking right stones most of the time our of 10 and MC decides he needs to hide his skill and picks 2 with 8 empty stones. It’s honestly the whole story each time, he could have so much benefits showing off his skills but he doesn’t, every encounter there exists for the sole reason of trash talking MC before even knowing, the brain level of villains in this novel is simply in a word : abysmal.I’d rather honestly read about a MC that fights and figure out his own benefits first for doing this or that than one actively hiding his skill and crippling his ability in doing so and again for seemingly no proper reason given.
The main character was very likable and cute. I wanted to hold her hand and hug her tight, so she wouldn't feel sad anymore.Rose, I hope everything will be better for you!
Genre is Paranormal. Have yet to touch on the romance bit but author says there is one.Anyway, this is a novel that takes a lot of getting used to. English isn't my first language, and I suspect it isn't Author's one as well. It's not the grammatical errors that get to me but rather, it's the way that the Author phrases things. The structure of the sentences takes a lot of getting used to, and one would need to decipher what is truly being said. I guess that gives it the more 'paranormal' bit more paranormal. /hehI find the characters extremely likeable and I love the way the story unfolds as to his development. The pace is very slow and full of 'you will know later' which, quite frankly, is quite irritating after a while. I wonder why the MC hasn't freaked out yet each time someone says it to him. He's a much better and stronger person than I'll ever be - and I'm talking about character wise, not physical strength. I mean, come one. He's in the middle of the greatest plot EVER and no one tells him anything yet he doesn't throw a tantrum. Whoa.Anyway, I do love the story and what twists and turns it holds. If you have the patience to adapt to the Author's writing style, you won't be disappointed in reading on. It gets much better (storywise and plot) as you read more chapters. All the best, Author!
Really worthwhile read, the author just needs to check he gets the right gender (she/he) a couple of times but apart from that there’s no glaring translation errors. The story is entertaining and a fresh take on the disciple/template trope which doesn’t become boring after the first 10-15 chapters. The MC is a little bland and low key but that doesn’t mean he accepts bullying in his normal life he will use his disciples to take revenge on people that have slighted or attacked him before. His disciples chatacter building is a little shallow but I expect that as more chapters get released and they get more story time that they will be fleshed out some more and made more interesting. So far definitely one of the better options to vote for.
The main character is a bit of a jerk.He appears to be a show off in the series who is a good for nothing without the system. He has excessive pride but the story is still a good read after reading plenty worse
It's a condensation of the worst things you can find on a Chinese novel, the only good point is : no racism seen at the first chapters. But most of the Chinese Authors make racism at the middle of theirs story so you read theirs story for nothing because it's not little racism but something you can't stand.Bye and good reading (lol)
113 chapters in & I'm enjoying this story very much. The attention to detail while also not resorting to infodumps is refreshing. Eager to see where the story leads.
nice and romantic
