However, it struggles with world-building and a coherent plot, often feeling disjointed and repetitive. The humor, meant to be misunderstandings, becomes a crutch, reducing depth. The concept of beast-men treatment initially intrigued me but was not fully explored, with the narrative leaning towards cuteness at the expense of complexity. Adventuring is minimal, and the monetary aspects are simplified, relying heavily on the reader's familiarity with Korean modern fantasy tropes.
Character development is limited, with the protagonist being a stereotypical Mary Sue - universally good and sweet, with her worth determined by others' perceptions. While this character setup allows for interesting dynamics around her, the lack of world-building clarity can confuse the reader about the setting. The novel focuses more on character interactions than plot or world, with emotions creating dungeons being a notable exception.
The pacing and repetitive nature of certain plot points become grating, especially the emphasis on exaggerated self-perception. Despite my criticisms, I give it a 3, acknowledging that there are moments of strong emotional character work that elevate it above mediocrity. However, the balance between the good and bad aspects makes it a mixed bag, leaning towards the better side of a 3, perhaps due to its schizoid nature rather than plain mediocrity. Overall, the author seems unsure of the direction at times, resulting in an annoying read despite its redeeming qualities.
There is a reason why JKS manga stories are good, but there are also reasons why JKS manga stories are too bad to accept, I read them until 2000 chapter maybe. Much to my disappointment with some of the books he wrote. His story is better off stopping at 600x1000 chapters instead of getting to 2000 chapters where his character development is almost non-existent

I'll be honest, I read this novel months ago and today I will start my second reading. So, as a long time reader trying to read MTL (just try since in the demons arc I didn't understand sh*t) I have the right to say that this novel is not very good.
If I had to compare it to anything it would be to a sweet or salty snack, i.e. not as good as a ready meal, but not so bad as to be inedible. Also, even though it fails to nourish the body (expectations) you can still enjoy it a bit. However, beware, if overeaten (read without stopping) such a meal/novel will become tiresome.
In fact, I'd rather reread another novel in this same style called *This Game Is Too Realistic*, but that story, unfortunately, takes too long to update.
What ending? This feels unfinished and clearly cut out content like a ruined *rg*sm.
