A therapy handbook, with a background story, that won’t end!
Great story line. Ty. Keep up the good work!
This is a romantic tradgety book. It is still unfinished but I would love to get feedback from everyone.
An amazing read!
I like that it's not dragged out
I love the book so much Author, you are a fantastic writer. So good to have you here. I look forward to reading your stories
this story is rather captivating! can't wait to read the rest
So far my favorite
I was enjoying this book. Sad it’s not finished
Best novel I've read so far on goodnovel. I like the old romance brewing between Vincenzo and Lily. Both of them are still in denial of their love for each other. Maybe their son could bring them back together.
And I'm loving the romance between Antonio and Vita! Their love story got me hooked!
so the author has stopped the book in the middle...?
I am wholeheartedly supporting this novel. I appreciate the translators for taking on this project. I sincerely hope the author understands the quality they are creating. When I come to review once it's finished, I earnestly wish there will be many more than just five reviews, because this story truly deserves a wider audience.
"Consort Shu" by Xiao Qiao Liushui is among the finest imperial harem novels I've ever encountered, rivalling "The Job of an Imperial Concubine." Shen Moyun's journey begins as one of the four primary concubines, yet it takes her an arduous two decades to ascend to the empress throne.
The bond between the emperor and Shen Moyun is complex. Due to his unfaithfulness, she can't offer unconditional love, yet over time, she comes to value him. Shen Moyun acknowledges that the emperor consistently treats her and their children with care.
I believe "Consort Shu" effectively portrays the dynamics of relationships in ancient times. A woman accepts the sharing of her husband with other women, perceives him as a confidant and provider for their offspring, yet her heart may remain partially guarded.
