Initially, I found myself slightly impatient due to the gradual development between the main character (MC) and the love interest (ML), with palpable tension but no physical intimacy until chapter 200. That kiss, when it finally happened, was quite memorable, though.
The story does include some steamy scenes, but they come much later, after their initial kiss. I appreciate the author's choice to let things progress naturally, making the relationship feel more authentic. The MC struggles to maintain distance, while the ML becomes increasingly drawn to him, creating a realistic dynamic with conflicting emotions. It's this sense of anticipation that I enjoy.
The plot itself is engaging, full of twists and character depth. While some minor villains lack depth, the majority of the characters are well-written and likable. Even if you're not typically into fantasy, I still suggest giving this book a chance. The translation is commendable, successfully capturing the essence of the original material.
Note that this narrative utterly defies logic. The protagonist (MC) is exceptionally overpowered, and her actions consistently lead to positive outcomes, increasing her wealth along the way. The original love interests (OG ML and FL) serve solely as foils to enhance the主角的 brilliance, often becoming comedic victims in the story. The male lead, despite being a godlike figure, is portrayed as one-track-minded in matters of love.
In essence, this tale reduces supporting characters to mere punching bags for the protagonist's amusement. It lacks depth, engaging conflict, and well-rounded characters, making it unsuitable for those seeking substance, complex narratives, or satisfying character development. If you're after a story that offers substance, memorable characters, intricate plots, or meaningful character interactions, this might not be the right choice – you might even feel your intelligence questioned while reading.
However, if you're looking for a humorous romp where a Mary Sue-like character triumphs over others through wealth, beauty, and talent, then this might be the entertaining read you seek!

1. The underdeveloped skill: The protagonist has a flawed ability, but the author compensates by making him oblivious when using it, which feels cheap.
2. Lack of direction: The MC's unclear goals lead to plot contrivances, making it frustrating for the reader.
3. Misunderstood tropes: While occasional missteps can be overlooked, the author relies heavily on clichés like "I am a cultivation expert" to push the story, which is excessive.
A significant issue is the glaring plot hole: the MC cannot use magic, yet he attends a prestigious academy without being detected as lacking mana. Even his rare condition, which should be noticeable, goes unnoticed by everyone.
Admittedly, I could write a lengthy critique, but at this point, I just wish to dismiss the book. Additionally, the character's status menu is pointless, as his stats and skills have no impact on the fight scenes, and the novel lacks any meaningful progression or depth. It feels like a rushed attempt without careful planning.
