Very detaileded book. Endless meticulous descriptions, explanations IT made it hard to read. Some stories repeated .I struggled and then it wasn't even finished. Disappointing.

Love the story, but really need finish reading this book. I want to know if Zara will survive in this lifetime.
The reviewer's assessment is mostly accurate. The story initially starts off slow, but gains momentum around chapter 50. From an outsider's perspective, the main character's Japanese personality can be perplexing at times, like when, without giving a spoiler, a count's daughter from a rival faction torments and tries to kill him. Even after being rescued and at the academy, he continues to apologize to her for perceived rudeness, even when others tell him it's unnecessary. He doesn't report her actions, which would be uncommon for a Western protagonist.
My main issue lies not with the writer, but the "translator." Initially, the human translation was commendable, but somewhere around chapter 50, it switched to machine translation (MTL), causing inconsistencies. Character names, including the MC's, fluctuate, and gender assignments become confusing. One academy-related character remains unclear to me even after 45 chapters. The lack of proper editing in the chapters makes it challenging to follow the plot. Chapters should always undergo some human editing before release.
Out of the five-star rating, four stars are given for the outstanding translation, captivating storyline, likable characters, and a heartwarming, healthy relationship between the main couple. However, the fifth star is reserved for the way the novel handles guilty pleasures.
If you enjoy harem themes, the concept of multiple attractive and competent individuals vying for the protagonist's affection can be appealing. Yet, the challenge lies in depicting the MC as relatable amidst their indecision and potential romantic missteps. Enter the MC's brothers, who serve as a solution or critique to this dynamic.
Alternatively, some readers might find fascination in more complex, albeit potentially problematic, relationships. Overbearing, possessive, or obsessive traits can create tension, but they often come with red flags in a romantic context. Once again, the brothers step in, either as catalysts or as a critique of these dynamics.
The main couple's bond, on the other hand, is characterized by sweetness, love, and genuine connection. Even during the MC's oblivious phase, their relationship remains healthy and supportive. In contrast, the MC's interactions with their brothers resemble a darkly twisted harem tale, filled with revenge and intense emotions.
To clarify, there are no inappropriate undertones within the MC's relationship with their siblings (no spoilers). Instead, the novel flips the harem formula, turning the focus on reconciliation with a sibling instead of conventional romantic escapades.
In essence, the author巧妙地 explores the boundaries of these guilty pleasures, catering to those who appreciate nuanced sibling dynamics amidst the usual romance tropes.
It’s been 1/6th of a year with no new novels?. Idk if I can hold on ?
