TRUVE pulls no punches. She writes as she sees it and I love the way she carries along both her characters and readers. Keep it up Author! You've done a great job!!
"Oh my goodness, finally someone has noticed! Thank you so much. I've read up to around 450 pages, and I absolutely loved it from there. I tried searching for it on various websites, but I couldn't find it. Anyway, I'm really excited!"
"By the way, does anyone happen to have a link to the raw scans? If you do, please share it with me. I'd be incredibly grateful!"
I would rate this novel 5 out of 5 stars. Despite some minor grammatical quirks, it's quite readable. The story is filled with fluff and excessive cuteness, which is delightful <3. It would make for a nice palate cleanser after an intense thriller or adventure. The book doesn't offer much drama or action – it's more of a light, easygoing read. One can simply enjoy the characters' banter and laughter as they go about their adventures.
The review for Chapter 8 is intriguing. My interpretation is that the story takes place in a futuristic Earth, given elements like cloning and consciousness transfer. The start might be a bit bewildering, but allow me to clarify based on my understanding: the protagonist is engaged in a virtual reality game, with real-life consequences – you'll have to explore further to unravel the rest!
The beginning appeared promising, but the protagonist's inconsistency grated on my nerves. He was overly indecisive and unrealistic in key situations. The subsequent events only fueled my frustration, especially with his inability to grasp the significance of his own life and his lack of commitment in managing his relationships. His amnesia towards non-immediate connections felt contrived and forced. Despite my efforts to empathize, I ultimately lost interest due to the excessive melodrama.
It's actually a good novel. Some people don't like the fact that it doesn't have many fight scenes which is actually good. Even though it's in time fights are inevitable it's good that it's has diversity rather than fighting everytime in the chapter like a machine gun which after using all the bullets you reload it again and the same thing happens. It gets boring eventually if it's all fighting.
