well I was fine with the harem too until a recent thing occurred -_- it's very frustrating and makes me want to drop it 1560 chapters in
I need a good sm*t novels recommendation since it will be my first time reading them
Makes sense, i can't comprehend otherwise why a author would change his writing style periodically
I am losing my brain cells reading this shit wtf is this translation. the story is good though
Contracting beast is kinda expected of the genre, a trope if you will.
Do not waste time with this, nothing makes sense, the genres are confused by the fact that the character dresses up as a man all the time, and some transitions between present and flashbacks are very bad.
This is quite perplexing, and it's not entirely the translator's fault; there's a mix-up with gender pronouns, and 'ger' might have been directly translated to 'little brother.' As far as I understand, this is a male-dominated world consisting of men and gers, with the protagonist being a ger. The story begins abruptly with a broken engagement and hints at a possible reincarnation or memory recovery, though the details are unclear.
The plot becomes confusing from the start, as it seems to shift between school settings and encounters with the ex-fiancé, who attempts to intrude at night seeking retribution. There's a fair share of dramatic midnight events, raising questions about the character's background. We learn that they live in a village with martial arts influence, but it's unclear if it's a traditional wuxia tale or more of a historical context with emphasis on scholarly pursuits.
The main character, just 14 years old, has a tumultuous history – a short tenure in a wealthy household (originally meant to be a decade-long commitment), a failed engagement, a tarnished reputation attributed to a spendthrift aunt, and a physical disability. The narrative is somewhat disorganized and lacks a clear structure within the first eight chapters, so unless one persists, they might miss out on key aspects of the story.
I devoured all five chapters in one go, and now I'm left wanting more. The storyline captivates from the very beginning, and the translation quality, although machine-generated, is quite clear. The main character comes across as well-developed and engaging, turning the narrative into a seamless flow. I'm eagerly anticipating where this story will take me.
Hahaha =D indeed.
C292 such bullshit! despite his shitloads of advantage , to think he will have a hard time against one opponent. i know the author wants to make it interesting but it doesn't make sense at all. why gave him advantage so much advantage in equips and skillpoints as well as titles if he barely wins on one notable opponent. Even his damage and his opponents difference is barely 500 points.
Is this on hiatus or something, usually doesn't take any longer then a week or two for chapters to get updated.
mmmh so regressing type hah
