The narrative is compelling; the protagonist's character development is well-executed. Although she initially appears as the villain due to her step-sibling status, her obsession with power becomes understandable given the inherent power imbalance with God. It's important to note that she isn't a passive victim expecting divine intervention; she actively seeks power, unlike a typical fairy tale heroine.
Some readers criticize her for being selfish, but this is a key aspect of her character, reflecting the harsh reality she faces. After all, she doesn't expect a princely savior like Cinderella. I empathize with the god in certain situations, as the heroine displays cruelty, yet I also appreciate the depth of her struggle.
The author successfully combines familiar elements with fresh twists, resulting in a unique story. Many authors promise an anti-hero protagonist, but few deliver; this author has surpassed expectations. Overall, it's a solid read that maintains its authenticity throughout.
If you on the on the fence about this I would definitely give this a read it’s a great read so far
95 chaps, I read this on another site with mtl, I barely see any difference here. Yeah some were somewhat okayish to read, but still, I don't wanna rack my brain to understand how mc gets mad and all whiney at this guy for doing this shtìck in his past life. That's the other thing, Mc IS supposed to be an adult, a battle-hardened warrior, as the lone survivor, he should be level headed, keep his calm and collect his thoughts, but instead, the mc we get is "YOU KILLED HER, YOU KILLED THIS, WAAAAAAAHHH, TASTE MY WRATH! NIVARNA ENDING SWORD WORLD DIVIDER STRIKE!"(might be overly exaggerated)
We get an immature mc, and before you say, "Oh look, but his body is a child blah blah bullshìt of course his brain is a child so he acts like a child" No that's not how it works. Yes your body can affect your overall Personality, but the very main reason why an adult should stay and still act as an adult even in a kid's body is because of the experiences and responsibilities that you have recieved
I don’t really think it’s like squid games. The quests and the fact that it’s putting thousands of people in a life or death game, but it’s something unique in my opinion.
Might be "Master hunter K"
I am not sure, if me respecting my time is wrong bro, for your sake let's take that I am lacking in patience but atleast unlike you I am not lacking in manners.
Lol why do children comes to this site.
I randomly found the manga of this on a site, barely read half a chapter than saw it had a webnovel. I came here to see the tags and wow it seems worse based on the comments
Tempted to give this one a go.. enjoyed Rebirth of a nameless immortal
This is such a good story! When can we get another update? Please don’t tell me it’s been dropped
it's not yet completed????? I'm at the bottom chapter now. Will patiently wait for next update.
Not really my cup of tea.
The translator did a great job.
Kinda sad. I really wanted to like this novel. It’s very short, but I didn’t care much for the main character (MC).
The MC just seems really fake to me. I understand that he’s an actor playing a role, but he comes across as overly carefree and only concerned with earning points. To him, it feels like everything is just a game.
Even in scenes that are meant to be tragic, they fall flat because the MC doesn’t seem to genuinely care. Maybe that’s part of his act, but it’s hard to tell. Initially, he says he doesn’t care about leaving the world, but then he shows a bit of sadness. Who knows if that was real or just another performance?
I just couldn’t connect with him.
Additionally, the plot moves at a very fast pace, especially the romantic arc. I’m used to more gradual build-ups, often spanning around 100 chapters.
Anyway, this is just my opinion. I know a lot of people enjoy this novel, so I’d still recommend giving it a read to see if it’s something you like.
Happy reading!
"It was alright, despite having numerous flaws which added a touch of humor. The main character is as adorable as usual, not your typical celebrity stereotype."
